1. Participants must be 13 years old and above.
2. Program is suitable for confident swimmers.
3. Participants are required to be in swimming attire and footwear to enter. Wetsuits will be provided. Personal wetsuits will not be allowed for use. 4. Life jackets, fins, masks and snorkels will be provided. Participants may choose to bring their own mask, snorkel and fins.
5. Check in will open 30 minutes prior to the program start time at: (i) Marine Mammal Habitat entrance located within Adventure Cove Waterpark or (ii) Marine Mammal Habitat counter located inside Singapore Oceanarium and will close 10 minutes after the program start time. Participants who arrive after the cut off time may be refused entry.
6. Participants entering from Adventure Cove Waterpark are advised to arrive at the waterpark 45 minutes before the start of their program.
7. Participants entering through Singapore Oceanarium are advised to enter the aquarium 60 min prior to their program.
8. All programmes are weather permitting and subject to change by RWS in its sole and absolute discretion.
9. Larger groups may be split into smaller groups for a better experience.
10. Participants are not allowed to bring in their belongings such as handphones or wallets, or wear jewelry and other accessories. Small lockers will be provided.
11. Photography and videography are not allowed. An official photographer will be available onsite to capture the experience. Separate fees apply for purchase of photographs.
