- We will send a final notification email to the email address you provided during your booking around noon the day before the event. This will include important information such as the pickup and meeting time. If you do not receive this email by 1:00 PM, please contact us before 5:00 PM.
- Hotel pickup service (selected hotels only) requires advance reservation. Please make your reservation at least 2 days prior to your event.
- We will inform you of the pick-up time in the final event confirmation email one day before the event.
- For safety reasons, you will not be able to participate in the event if you:

Reminders
This tour may be cancelled due to bad weather or sea conditions. If any changes are made to the itinerary, we will notify you one day before the tour and obtain your consent.
Whale Watching Guarantee: 1. A full refund will be given if no whales or dolphins are seen. ※No refunds are given for December and January tours, but a "Re-Try" ticket will be given. 2. No refunds will be given unless at least one guest or staff member confirms a whale, dolphin, or spout sighting.

Strollers are not allowed on board. If you need to carry your child, please bring a baby carrier to keep your hands free.
If the waves are high on the day of your trip, the captain will determine whether it is safe to board for safety reasons. If you are unable to participate due to high waves, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
