Purchase Notice
- If you need to postpone your trip, you must notify us at least 7 days before the trial date. The postponement period shall not exceed 20 days. You may not change the original vehicle model or request a change in the number of vehicles or vehicle model based on the increase or decrease in the number of passengers. For shared rides, changes or reductions in the number of passengers are not allowed.
- If you notify us within 6 days prior to your trip, we will not accept any postponement requests. If you cancel, we will charge a fee in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Please note that if the booking is postponed, any additional charges for weekdays, holidays, or peak tourist seasons (summer/winter/holidays) will be borne by the guest. Please refer to the website for the prices available on the selected dates.
- For 8-hour private charter car, the distance is limited to 200 kilometers; for 10-12 hour private charter car, the distance is limited to 300 kilometers.

Pick-up and drop-off points are limited to Taichung City. Outside of Taichung City, an additional fee will be charged per trip (e.g., if you pick up in Taichung City and get off at Xinshe, an additional fee of NT$1200 will be charged; if both pick-up and drop-off points are in Xinshe, an additional fee of NT$2400 will be charged).

- 4-6 hour private charter car cannot cross county/city boundaries; 8-10 hour private charter car can cross one county/city boundary, with an additional charge of NT$1500 per trip.

- Overtime fees per vehicle during special holidays: Lunar New Year period (February 14 - 22, 2026): NT$900 per hour per vehicle; Long weekend period (February 27 - March 1, April 3 - April 6, May 1 - May 3, June 19 - June 21, 2026): NT$800 per hour per vehicle
Child seat rental fee
Taiwanese law mandates the use of infant cots or car seats for children under 4 years old; booster seats are recommended for children 4 years and older and under 120 cm tall. Please provide your child's date of birth, height, and weight when booking. An infant seat costs NT$200 per day. A maximum of two child seats can be accommodated in a nine-seater car, and one in a five-seater car.
Reminders
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
Our staff will contact you the day before your departure. Please make sure your internet connection is working properly and check your mobile phone for messages.
For five-seater vehicles, the reference model is the TOYOTA Altis; for nine-seater vehicles, the reference model is the VW T5/T6. The color and model of the vehicle are not specified and will be subject to the actual vehicle dispatched on the day.
Some tourist attractions in Taiwan may occasionally implement sudden temporary traffic control measures based on the daily flow of people and vehicles. If traffic control is in effect, you may need to pay for a shuttle bus.
The itinerary is based on feasible arrangements, but the driver will still discuss and adjust it with the passengers according to the traffic conditions, weather factors, and time spent at attractions on the day.
Please note that a five-seater vehicle can carry a maximum of 4 passengers, and a nine-seater vehicle can carry a maximum of 8 passengers.
The driver can communicate in English and has translation tools available.
This service includes pick-up and drop-off by private charter car driver, and may provide meals and information about attractions. Guided tours are not provided.
Please depart on time at the scheduled time to avoid delays. If departure is delayed due to personal reasons, the trip will start from the originally scheduled departure time.
Passengers who need to bring wheelchairs do not need to pay extra fees. Please fill in the wheelchair size in the order remarks column to facilitate vehicle arrangement. Please note.
Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, drinking, smoking, applying sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting through the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver; if you cause damage or dirt on the items in the car, you must pay compensation according to the price and pay cash on the spot.
No pets are allowed on board, otherwise we have the right to cancel the trip without refunding.
Passengers are required to maintain at least one means of contact. If no means of communication can be maintained and the pick-up/drop-off cannot be completed, the order cannot be cancelled on this basis.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
