Purchase Notice
- If you need to pick up/drop off at multiple points, you will need to pay an additional fee, please confirm the amount in advance before ordering
- Taiwanese laws and regulations: Children under the age of 4 must ride in a child seat. The fee for each child seat is NT$ 300, please note in the order and pay to the driver on the spot; if the driver refuses to take the seat, the driver has the right to refuse the passenger without refund. A child seat occupies a seat for 1 person, and for each seat used, the number of passengers will be reduced by 1.

Price increase on national holidays
National holidays: 2024/09/17 and 2024/10/10, an additional fare will be charged per vehicle per trip. Please pay the driver on site:
- The price for five-seater is NTD 300; for nine-seater, the price is NTD 500.

After 21:00 in the evening to 06:59 in the morning, a night surcharge will be charged for each train per car, please pay the driver on-site: five-seater surcharge 200 NTD; nine-seater surcharge 400 NTD
Spring Festival price increase
2/8 - 2/15 Additional fares are required for each trip and vehicle, please pay to the driver on site: NTD 300 for five-seater; NTD 500 for nine-seater

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
