• The museum has mechanical parking spaces that can't be reserved and have a 170 cm height limit. When the museum's parking lot is full, you'll be directed to a nearby parking lot, requiring a 7–10 minute walk. During holidays, there might be car queues at the shopping malls. Please drive on the outer lane and follow the traffic flow to the hotel's main entrance
• Check-in requires individuals to be 18 years of age or older. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents
• The hotel does not provide cribs and baby equipment

— Instructions for Purchasing Fukuyu Rock Bath —

• Children below 12 years old are prohibited from entering Fukuyu Rock Bath
• Reservable times: 9:00 am, 11:00 am, 12:30 pm, 2:30 pm, 4:30 pm, 6:30 pm, 8:30 pm. Please specify in the remarks section: Fukuyu rock bath usage date + time (e.g.: 2/14 at 4:30 pm, and 2 other date + time options in the order of preference). If the reserved slots are fully booked, subsequent slots will be allocated in order
• Entry safety regulations 

1. Under 12 years old, pregnant women, people who have just undergone surgery, epilepsy, cardiovascular disease (including but not limited to heart disease, high blood pressure).
2. Sensitive skin or open wounds, infectious diseases (skin diseases, tuberculosis open period, etc.), those with pacemakers or other metal stents, patients with malignant tumors, and those with high anemia.
3. Fasting, within 30 minutes after a meal, after drinking alcohol, severe lack of sleep, heat stroke, after intense exercise.
4. Recently completed laser or micro-surgery, or have small local wounds or sensitive skin.
5. Others who are unwell, such as those with symptoms of cold, cough or fever.
6. G6PD deficient, allergic to essential oils.

• Other safety reminders:
  

1. Women who are on their period are to participate at their own discretion considering thei physical conditions ; it is not recommended to use the hot bath during the menstrual period. If you feel dizziness or abnormal bleeding during use, please stop using it and leave the bath.
2. Some of the facilities require sitting or lying down. Those under the age of 15, those over the age of 60, with poor health, or impaired mobility should evaluate their condition before participating and avoid participating alone to avoid accidents.
3. Please make appropriate adjustments to the use of the baths according to your physical condition; if you feel unwell, please notify the staff as soon as possible.
4. Electronic products or items that are not resistant to high temperature are not allowed to enter the high-temperature bath to avoid damage to the items, and the company is not responsible for this.
5. There are emergency bells in the rock bath room, toilet and shower room of the venue. In case of emergency, you can press for help. (Do not press unless it is an emergency)

Instructions for adding people and increasing prices

Children aged 0-5 can stay with adults for free if no extra bed is needed, but breakfast and amenities are not included. Please inform this in the comments when booking and provide supporting documents.
Children 6 years old and older will be charged an additional fee: NT$500 per child (no breakfast) / NT$800 per child with breakfast. Up to 1 additional guest is allowed per single room, and up to 2 additional guests are allowed per double room
