You will then sample a traditional Greek pie with crispy filo pastry while exploring the Central food market area (closed on weekdays/Saturdays at evening hours and Sundays) where local sellers offer the best Greek ingredients and Athenians do their daily shopping.

You will also savor Souvlaki or Gyros in pita bread, the quintessential Greek street food and you will find out what the famous Peinirli looks and tastes like. A delicious, fluffy Greek style pizza boat with a special cheese mix and crispy dough!
