  • Coverage Area: Macau
  • Network Speed Specifications: High-speed internet with a specified daily quota, followed by unlimited data at a throttled speed of 512kbps. The company reserves the right to further throttle to 128kbps based on fair usage principles. The quota resets every 24 hours.
  • Day Calculation: The service period begins upon successful activation at the destination, with 24 hours counted as one day.
  • Calls/SMS: This is a data-only SIM; voice calls and SMS are not included (supports internet-based calls via WhatsApp / LINE, etc.). It is not suitable for receiving SMS verification codes (OTP) from banks or ticketing platforms. Please ensure you have alternative ways to receive verification codes before departure.
  • Hotspot Sharing: Supports network sharing to other devices for reasonable personal use.
  • Top-up/Add-on: This product does not support top-ups or add-ons. If you need more data or days, please purchase a new eSIM.
  • Service Expiration: Data will cease immediately upon the end of the service period. Unused data will expire, and no refunds, extensions, or transfers are available.
  • Activation Deadline: Must be activated within 90 days from the date the eSIM QR code is issued. The exact deadline is subject to the notification sent after purchase. It must be scanned and activated by the specified date; failure to activate will result in automatic expiration, and no refunds or extensions will be granted.

Purchase Notice

  • Your device must be connected to a valid Wi-Fi or mobile network to install the eSIM.
  • Please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before scanning the QR code.
  • If you install the eSIM in a region not covered by the plan (e.g., installing before departure), your phone may display 'No Service,' which is normal. Once successfully installed, the plan will automatically connect to the network upon arrival at your destination.
  • Please enable 'Data Roaming' after arriving at your destination. If there is no signal, try toggling 'Airplane Mode' to search for a signal again; if the product supports dual networks, you can also manually select another network in your device settings.
  • Each QR code can only be scanned and installed on one device. Once installed, it is bound to that device and cannot be transferred or changed. Please verify your device before scanning to install.
  • Do not share the QR code or installation link with others. Repeated or cross-device scanning, deleting the eSIM yourself, or using the phone's built-in eSIM transfer function (e.g., iPhone 'Quick Transfer') will invalidate the eSIM, and no replacement will be issued.
  • This product is subject to a 'Fair Usage Policy.' During the throttled unlimited data period, network resources are allocated based on actual conditions, and speeds may be adjusted according to network congestion.
  • Actual network speeds are affected by other factors (such as location, time of use, number of users, equipment, etc.).
  • Network service issues can be caused by various factors. If you encounter any problems, please contact us for troubleshooting during the service period. If a complaint is made only after returning to the point of departure without any record of contact during the service period, it may not be accepted as it cannot be verified (unless system records confirm a service issuance error).
  • Once sold, this service is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases confirmed by customer service as a system issuance error. This includes issues such as 'device incompatibility/locked device,' 'installation without a stable network,' 'repeated/cross-device scanning,' or 'failure to activate before expiration.'
  • If the user deletes the eSIM plan before it is fully used, or deletes it without confirmation from customer service, the company will not reissue or refund the service.
