The itinerary starts in Lugano and winds through the most evocative stops in the region: the medieval castles of Bellinzona, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the spectacular Verzasca Dam, the bustling Piazza Grande in Locarno, the romantic lakefront of Ascona, and the picturesque village of Morcote, voted one of the most beautiful in Switzerland. The day continues with a visit to Swissminiatur and concludes with a stop in Gandria, a traditional fishing village overlooking Lake Lugano.
