From Prague: Český Krumlov & Holašovice Village Day Tour｜Czechia

Your day begins with convenient pick-up from your accommodation in Prague, so you can sit back and enjoy the journey south to South Bohemia.

We start in Český Krumlov, one of Europe’s most beautiful medieval towns. With your local guide, explore the castle area, historic old town, and quieter corners most visitors never find.

Along the way, you’ll hear stories and local context that bring the town’s past to life. The stroll usually includes visits to local artisans such as a jeweller, blacksmith, or leather craftsman. On warmer days, there may also be time to taste local craft beer.

After the walk, there’s time for lunch, followed by extended free time to explore at your own pace.
You’re free to discover more corners of the town, browse shops, or visit one of the many museums.

On the way to Prague, we make a special stop in Holašovice, a tiny UNESCO-listed village. We take a gentle walk through the village and talk about Czech rural life, traditions, and folklore.

On most visits, we are welcomed by a local resident whose family has lived here for over 500 years. He shares everyday objects used across generations and personal stories of village life.

In the early evening, we return to Prague and drop you off at your hotel or preferred location.
