I cook with good ingredients and put care into it; it's the heart of the evening. The meal is ready when you arrive, designed according to my current inspiration and the best ingredients I can find for the season. It is also possible to discuss the menu beforehand to accommodate the guests' preferences. You get settled in, we eat what I've prepared together, we listen to music together, and the conversation does the rest. Small group (2-5 people), about 3.5 to 4 hours. I speak French, English, and Spanish. And drinks are included, also chosen according to the meal or the guests' preferences.
