Product Info
From the Potsdam harbor, the boat sails along Babelsberg Park with its palace and Hofdamenhaus towards the Teltow Canal, passing Griebnitzsee. This is surrounded by numerous villas of former UFA stars and other architectural relics of the past. For example, American President Truman and British Prime Minister Churchill resided here during the Potsdam Conference in 1945.
After the boat has left the Prinz-Friedrich-Leopold Canal behind and sailed through Little Wannsee, it reaches Big Wannsee with its famous beach. The boat makes a short stop here after a one-hour journey. From the Wannsee S-Bahn station, which is only a few minutes' walk from the boat dock, you can reach the Berlin city center in no time.
After the ship has departed again, the tour now takes you past Pfaueninsel (Peacock Island) back towards Potsdam. After crossing the Jungfernsee with its palaces and parks, you will pass under the famous Glienicke Bridge. From the Tiefen See, the observer once again has a beautiful view of the Potsdam skyline. Enjoy this two-hour round trip or use this trip to the Berlin district of Wannsee as the grand finale of an excursion to the state capital of Brandenburg.
