We start our beautiful day by collecting you and your partner or group at your accommodation in Cape Town at 7:00 am in a private vehicle with a private guide-driver. We will drive along the N1 for approximately 2 hours before we reach the game reserve in the little karoo. Along the way, your expert tour guide driver will tell you the history surrounding the areas and towns that you will see along the way.

Aquila Reserve is one of the best Safaris near Cape Town and home to the Big 5 animals. Upon arrival you will be warmly welcomed with a complimentary glass of Sparking wine, you will then proceed to the restaurant where a full buffet will be served. Soon after breakfast, you will embark on a two to three-hour game drive in an open truck or 4x4 with a small group made of either 6 to 15 people depending on the truck size. You can book a private 4x4 truck at the reserve on the spot or in advance, in addition to the entrance fees. After the safari, you will return to the main restaurant for a full buffet lunch. You may choose to relax on the terrace or take a dip in the swimming pool after lunch. Alternatively, you may book a spa treatment at Tranquil-la which is the resident spa at Aquila.
