Product Info

Begin your adventure with a scenic drive from Salinas to Machalilla National Park, taking in breathtaking ocean views along Ecuador’s coastline. Continue to Puerto López, where you’ll board a boat bound for Isla de la Plata, often called the “Little Galápagos” for its rich biodiversity.

Upon arrival, follow one of the island’s trails, observing a variety of bird species and soaking in the unique natural landscapes. From June to September, keep an eye out for humpback whales during the boat ride, as they visit these waters for their breeding season.

Enjoy a delicious lunch on board the boat as you explore the island. Afterward, return to Puerto López and enjoy free time to explore the town, soak up the local atmosphere, and wander its charming streets. In the afternoon, begin your journey back to Salinas.
