Know Before You Go: Activity Level: This is an Active tour. While the paddleboarding is beginner-friendly (approx. 40 minutes), it is a full day of activity involving swimming, climbing in/out of the van, and short hikes. Guests should have a moderate fitness level.
Know Before You Go: Paddle Experience: No prior paddleboarding experience is required. Our guides provide a full safety briefing and instruction lesson before hitting the water.
Know Before You Go: Itinerary Order: We schedule the Ocean Paddle first to take advantage of the calmest water conditions, followed by the waterfalls and lunch.
