Jujuy: High-altitude vineyards of the Quebrada de Humahuaca｜Argentina

The wine selection in the Quebrada de Humahuaca today includes 32 labels of excellent wines. The weather conditions and the artisanal care taken in their production place them among the highest standards of international critics. 

On this full-day trip, we invite you to embark on an unforgettable wine experience. We'll visit three wineries set in the imposing Quebrada de Humahuaca and taste exceptional wines made from grapes grown at high altitudes, the source of unique and intense flavors.

Our experience will begin at Bodega Amanecer Andino, located in the picturesque surroundings of Purmamarca. After touring its vineyards, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery, and learning about the process of making its high-altitude wines, we will taste three varieties paired with a board of regional cold cuts and cheeses.

Next, we'll move on to Maimara, where Don Jesús Vilte will welcome us to his family winery. We'll have the privilege of tasting two of his best wines, made with artisanal techniques and a passion for the land.

To end this memorable day, we'll enjoy a four-course lunch at the impressive Inkillay restaurant, home of the magical Bodega Yacoraite, paired with three carefully selected glasses of wine. An exquisite menu created by the great chef Florencia Rodriguez, who fuses the traditional flavors of the region with the high quality of the high-altitude wines.
