Pick-up from La Paz city by private transport. Once we arrive in the town of Tiwanaku, approximately 2 hours from the city of La Paz, we will begin our guided tour of the archaeological site, exploring the Akhapana Pyramid, Kalasasaya, the semi-subterranean temple, the Ponce Monolith, the Fraile Monolith, and the legendary Sun Gate. Next, we will visit the Lithic and Ceramic Museums, where we will see the famous Bennet Monolith.
Our tour of Tiwanaku will end at Pumapunku, an enigmatic site featuring stones cut with engineering precision.
We will then enjoy a business lunch at a restaurant in Tiwanaku.
Afterward, we will head back to La Paz, heading directly south to visit the Muela del Diablo, a well-known natural viewpoint from which the entire city of La Paz can be seen from the top. This is an energetic site where offerings are made to the Pachamama, and it is highly respected by the community. At this location, we will be able to capture drone footage while watching the sunset.
