Questions at the time of booking:
- Question 1: Please provide your hotel name (for pick-up service).
- Question 2: Please let us know if you have any experience with skin diving or snorkeling. (Not mandatory)
Regarding cancellation of the tour:
- In case of cancellation due to bad weather or poor sea conditions, we will first propose a rescheduling of the date (if rescheduling is difficult, a full refund will be provided).
Notes for course participation:
- ・Use of the hand spear is limited to junior high school students and above ・Protected marine life (shellfish, octopus, sea turtles, coral, etc.) cannot be caught ・Fish species with size restrictions set by Okinawa Prefecture (e.g., Akajin under 40cm, Makubu under 35cm) cannot be caught ・Shellfish, shrimp, and octopus cannot be caught (fish only) ・Caught fish must be released or taken home (we do not provide cooking or dining services) ・Participation after drinking alcohol is prohibited ・Pregnant individuals or those with heart conditions cannot participate ・Depending on the sea conditions and catch situation on the day, you may not be able to catch any fish

- ・As it is a fully private tour, you will not be joined by other guests ・Pick-up/drop-off area: Major hotels from Naha City to Onna Village ・The location will be selected based on the best conditions on the day ・There are individual differences in diving depth. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
