Luggage Delivery Process
【Airport to Hotel】
Please ensure luggage is dropped off at the airport counter before 16:00. Deliveries after this time will be delayed by one day and are non-refundable.
Please provide the hotel booking website and booking number when ordering.
Show your order screen at the airport luggage service counter to drop off your luggage.
Mr. Luggage will complete the delivery within the daily delivery time.
You can pick up your luggage directly at the hotel front desk after delivery.

【Hotel to Airport】
The name of the person placing the order must match the name on the hotel reservation.
Drop off luggage at the hotel front desk before 11:00 AM, and ask hotel staff to attach a tag with the orderer's name and inform them that Mr. Luggage will come for collection.
Mr. Luggage will deliver the luggage to the airport counter by 16:00.
Show your order screen and passport at the airport luggage service counter to pick up your luggage.

【Hotel to Hotel】
The name of the person placing the order must match the name on the hotel reservation.
Drop off luggage at the hotel front desk before 11:00 AM, and ask hotel staff to attach a tag with the orderer's name and inform them that Mr. Luggage will come for collection.

Purchase Notice

This service is not available for guests staying in Airbnbs, apartments, office buildings, or accommodations without a hotel front desk.
Please ensure luggage is dropped off within the specified time.
Combined luggage is not accepted (e.g., a backpack attached to a suitcase).
Please do not place valuables or important documents inside your suitcase.
The quantity selected for the package should match the number of luggage items.
Please select the luggage delivery date and note your delivery and pickup times when ordering.
The sum of length + width + height of the item must not exceed 180 cm, and the weight must not exceed 25 kg.
Bicycles cannot be accepted for delivery.
