Under the guidance of a monk, learn about the history and Buddhist teachings of Engyoji Temple and experience authentic Zazen meditation. In the afternoon, you will head to a scenic mountain area to visit 'Tomisu no Sato,' a unique healing facility built into a former gold mine tunnel.
