* Booking Deadline: Due to airport allocation approval procedures, booking requests and payments must be completed at least one day prior to the service date by daytime (before 12:00 PM). Same-day booking and same-day service are strictly unavailable, so please ensure you adhere to the schedule.
* Prohibition of Unauthorized Actions: You must never attempt to move to the Fast Track Lanes alone without a guide while holding only the product voucher, nor should you present the voucher arbitrarily at the immigration counter.
* Forfeiture of Service: If you do not meet the designated local staff at the agreed meeting point and proceed together, the service cannot be provided at all.
* Risk of Immigration Delays: Please be aware that if you move alone without meeting the staff and present the voucher yourself, you may be detained at the immigration counter for several hours due to violations of airport regulations and immigration discrepancies.
* Domestic Flights Not Available: The departure Fast Track service is strictly unavailable for domestic flights within Thailand. (Available only for all international flights arriving in or departing from Bangkok)
* Immigration Refusal and Delays: Regular visitors or long-term residents may be denied entry by immigration officers. The Fast Track service provider and the agency are not responsible for, and cannot assist with, any entry/exit denials or delays caused by the officer's judgment. Please check your passport stamp personally after use.

Starting May 1, 2025, the Digital Arrival Card (online arrival card) system will be fully implemented for entry into Thailand.
All passengers entering Thailand must complete the online arrival card registration before arriving at the airport.
[ Arrival Meeting Point Information ]
* Standard Arrival (when the aircraft docks at the airport bridge): After disembarking and exiting the gate, meet the staff in a suit holding a picket. You will meet the local staff member holding a picket (meeting board) with your name on it, verify your signature, and then proceed together.
⚠️ Emergency Meeting Point Change Notice (e.g., when celebrities are on board): Occasionally, celebrities (such as idols) may be on your flight.
In such cases, strict sanctions are imposed by the Airports of Thailand (AOT) due to the disorderly behavior of numerous fans.
If the movement path is restricted due to airport security measures, the standard meeting in front of the gate will be completely blocked. If you cannot find the staff, please do not panic; proceed toward the immigration counter and come to the bench area located opposite Gate D5 to meet them. Please contact us immediately if the meeting is not smooth or in case of an emergency.
[ Departure Meeting Point Information ]
* Departure Meeting Point: Suvarnabhumi Airport Departure Hall, 4th Floor, inside Gate 9, next to the MR. WRAP store. You will meet the departure assistant staff there.
(※ Depending on the booking status, this may be handled in parallel with the existing meeting route at the 4th Floor, inside Gate 4, next to the True4G Shop / MR. WRAP. Please double-check the information on your confirmed voucher.)
* Meeting Time Policy: Generally, the meeting takes place 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of your flight.
* You must complete check-in and baggage drop-off at the respective airline counter individually before coming to the meeting point.
* If you arrive at the airport earlier than scheduled, please call the emergency contact number on your voucher in advance or leave your timeline on the Parkgun Tour customer service channel.
* As many travelers prefer to shop freely in the duty-free area, the departure Fast Track service generally only guides you up to the immigration checkpoint (immediately after passing immigration). (We do not provide escort service to the final boarding gate. If you require escort service to the boarding gate, please request it separately from the customer service center in advance.)
[Baggage Porter Service and Buggy Car Regulations]
* Free Baggage (Porter) Service Conditions: Porter service (baggage screening assistance and guidance for carrying bags to the final meeting point) is provided free of charge only when booking for 3 or more adults with the buggy car (cart) option.
* Porter Fee for 1-2 Passengers: If you are a party of 1-2 people and wish to use the porter service, please specify this in the request section during the booking process. An additional local fee of 300 THB will apply.
*Basic Service Limitations: The standard Fast Track product without additional options does not include a comprehensive porter service to lift or pull heavy bags or luggage.
*The basic service involves being escorted on foot by a staff member from the meeting point to the immigration checkpoint.
*Compliance with Airport Security Regulations: In accordance with airport safety and security regulations, the unauthorized transport of another person's belongings is strictly prohibited. Please note that in some cases, we may not be able to transport your bags after you collect them from the baggage claim area.
*Buggy Cart Capacity and Restrictions: The additional fee for a buggy cart is 1,650 THB, and each cart can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults, excluding the driver.
If there are 4 passengers in total, you must book 2 carts as you will be required to ride in separate carts.
*Buggy Not Available for Departure: The buggy (cart) service can only be added as an option for arrival immigration; it is strictly unavailable for departure Fast Track services.
Inclusions and Exclusions
⭕ Inclusions: Use of the Premium Lane (PREMIUM LANE / separate FAST TRACK LANES), expedited immigration visa stamping service, and guidance by a dedicated local staff member.
❌ Exclusions: Luggage porter service (except under conditional circumstances), personal expenses at the airport, tips, and all fees related to the processing and issuance of a Visa on Arrival in Thailand.
⚠️ Visa Issuance Notice: This product does not provide administrative assistance for the issuance of a Visa on Arrival (VoA). If you are traveling with companions who require a separate Visa on Arrival (e.g., Chinese or Indian nationals), please be aware that delays may occur due to the time required to visit the visa processing center.
🚫 Free Access Eligibility: Passengers flying in Business Class or higher with Thai Airways are entitled to Fast Track access as a complimentary airline benefit and do not need to purchase this product separately.
Infant and Child Policy
Infant Fee Exemption: Infants aged 3 and under (under 4 years old) are exempt from the Fast Track service fee and can use the service for free.
Required Information: When traveling with an infant eligible for free access, you must provide the child's accurate date of birth in English in the remarks section during booking to ensure proper system registration.
