  • The event may be canceled due to inclement weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for any transportation costs or other expenses incurred in the event of cancellation.

  • ・Due to natural conditions (waves, wind, weather), the event time and content may be changed or canceled. ・The GoPro photo and video service is a free service, therefore we cannot offer refunds, discounts, cancellations, or other compensation for reasons such as the number of photos/videos, content, image quality, shooting results, or data malfunctions. For those who want to take many photos and videos, we offer GoPro rentals for a fee. You can enjoy shooting freely yourself. *Please make a reservation in advance as there is a limited number of rental units available.

Includes/Excludes

  • The price includes the experience fee, equipment usage fee, consumption tax, facility usage fee, insurance fee, guide fee, boat fare, and shower fee.

Reminders

  • Ages of participation: 5 to 65 years old

  • Clothing and belongings: Wear clothes suitable for swimming in the sea Change of clothes, drinks, etc.

  • Duration Comments: ① Meet up → ② Check-in → ③ Change clothes → ④ Transfer to the beach → ⑤ Start snorkeling → Finish ⑥ Transfer back to the shop ⑦ Shower ⑧ Receive photo data ⑨ Dismissal Approximately 1 to 1.5 hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
