Maklumat produk

Hosted by Stefano and his family in their purpose-built Studio Cucina, located in Bowral. A short 90-minute drive from Sydney and 2 hours from Canberra. 

You will learn how to cook traditional pasta from all regions of Italy, whilst watching cows grazing on the rolling hills behind Stefano's home.  You will be cooking with produce sourced locally, and even from Stefano's vegetable garden.  


NOTE - As part of my work, health, and safety practices, I operate to the NSW health guidelines.

Restrictions

  • Not recommended for children under the age of 12
  • Gluten-free dietary needs require a discussion with Stefano prior to booking.  
  • We are not licensed, but feel free to bring a bottle of wine for your group.  Due to the nature of the experience, we do not encourage excessive consumption of alcohol but welcome a glass or two with your meal.
