✅ Reservation and Usage Guide

This product is a join-in tour shared with other travelers.

Adults and children use it under the same conditions.

The minimum number of participants is 10.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you individually 3 to 4 days prior to the date of use. If it is difficult to change the schedule, a full refund will be provided.

Your reservation will be completed only after you receive final confirmation from the person in charge.

🚌 Vehicle and Seat Information

Depending on the number of passengers, 17-seater / 33-seater / 53-seater vehicles are operated.

Vehicle seats are not assigned but available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Luggage can be stored inside the vehicle, but space may be limited.

Please keep your valuables with you at all times. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings.

🪪 Supplies

Please be sure to bring your passport on the day of the tour.

Comfortable clothing and sneakers are recommended.

Please prepare an umbrella or raincoat in case of rain.

The wind chill on the Huangpu River cruise ship at night can lower the perceived temperature, so it is recommended to bring a light jacket depending on the season.

🌧️ Rain and Weather Information

The tour will proceed as scheduled even in normal rainy weather.

However, the schedule may be changed or canceled if the tour cannot proceed for safety reasons, such as due to weather conditions like typhoons, heavy rain, or strong winds, government or related agency controls, or the suspension of operations at tourist attractions.

Some sightseeing or activities may be restricted depending on weather and local conditions.

If any changes or cancellations occur, a representative or guide will notify you.

🚢 Huangpu River Cruise Guide

Boarding times and vessels for the Huangpu River cruise are subject to change depending on daily operations and local conditions.

Seats on the cruise ship are not assigned and can be used freely depending on the situation on site.

The outdoor deck may be crowded due to the large number of visitors, so please be careful of your safety when moving around.

Cruise ships may operate normally in normal rainy weather, but the use of the outdoor deck may be restricted depending on weather conditions.

Cruise ship operations may be suspended due to strong winds, heavy rain, typhoons, dense fog, or control by government or port authorities.

Boarding times or docks are subject to change depending on events, traffic control, and dock operations in the Huangpu River area.

If the cruise ship is unable to operate, the guide will inform you of the changes on-site.

⏰ Meeting and Assembly Information

Please arrive 5 minutes before the meeting time.

Due to the nature of group tours, we depart on time, and we are unable to contact you or wait for you if you are late.

After completing sightseeing at each attraction and free time, please be sure to check the meeting place and time announced by the guide.

Once the meeting time has passed, we will proceed to the next itinerary without further contact or waiting to ensure the smooth progress of other travelers' schedules.

If you are unable to participate in the tour due to failing to arrive on time for personal reasons, refunds and schedule changes are not available.

The itinerary order and duration of stay are subject to change depending on local traffic conditions, tourist attraction operations, and events.
