Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • As we only have one staff member, the event may be canceled if the staff member becomes unwell. In that case, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Important notes regarding course participation:

  • You will be provided with an apron, but ink may get on your clothes or shoes. Please wear black or clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. We cannot accept any responsibility for stains. Thank you for your understanding.

Other special notes:

  • Our shop is on the second floor. There is no elevator. Please use the stairs. The toilet is a Japanese style. Also, we cannot deliver finished products. Please take them with you.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
