  • We offer luggage storage for large items such as suitcases and strollers (additional charges apply), tour guides, and next-day return (additional charges apply).

Reminders

  • Ages of participation: 2 to 99 years old

  • Regarding clothing and belongings: You can come empty-handed, but please bring a camisole or similar garment as thin kimonos may be see-through. Kimono dressing may be done after hair styling. Please come wearing Western-style clothing that opens in the front.

  • Regarding rental items: This plan includes everything: kimono (yukata provided from June to September), undergarments, obi (sash), dressing service, sandals, tabi socks, hair styling, hair accessories, bag, and luggage storage.

  • Estimated time: Kimono selection, dressing, and hair styling: Approximately 45 minutes. After dressing is complete, you are free to enjoy exploring Asakusa until the return time (17:30).

  • Minimum number of participants: 1

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
