I. Service Guarantee:
- Dedicated local customer service representatives in Alaska will contact arriving guests in advance and provide complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off services, ensuring smooth and reliable communication during your trip.
- All vehicles are equipped with million-dollar commercial insurance, have commercial operation licenses for national parks/attractions, and are equipped with various professional safety tools to ensure the safety of guests' trip.
- Tour guides on aurora viewing itineraries are equipped with professional-grade DSLR cameras to take aurora portraits for guests, providing visual support for their aurora viewing activities.
- Hot drinks are provided on board during the Northern Lights tracking and observation tour to keep guests warm during extended outdoor activities.
II. Airport Pickup Instructions:
- Free airport pick-up service:
- Each order includes one complimentary airport pick-up service at Fairbanks Airport on the day of arrival. Please book in advance. If you do not specify a booking or provide flight information, we will be unable to provide pick-up service.
- Pick-up location: Fairbanks International Airport, Baggage claim area 1
- Airport pick-up sign: Alaska Trip
- Passengers arriving at similar times will be on the same airport shuttle bus, which may cause a short wait at the airport. We appreciate your understanding.
- Paid airport pick-up service:
If you require a private airport pick-up service, you can choose our paid airport pick-up service: US$100 per person per trip.
Please make your order in advance. We cannot arrange bookings made without prior notice.
- Fairbanks Airport Taxi Information:
- Taxi pick-up location: Fairbanks International Airport, outside the Arrival gate.
- A taxi from the airport to most hotels in Fairbanks costs approximately $20–$30.

Purchase Notice
I. Registration Instructions:
- This tour is guided by a local professional tour guide and requires a minimum of 2 people to form a group.
- We strongly recommend that you purchase your plane tickets only after you receive our itinerary confirmation.
- Please provide your guests' flight information and phone numbers at least 10 days before the departure date; otherwise, we will be unable to send the final departure notice.
- If you fail to provide us with accurate flight information in a timely manner, resulting in a failure to promptly arrange vehicles and personnel, we reserve the right to refuse to provide the included free airport pick-up or drop-off services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
- Due to fire safety requirements, extra beds are not allowed in Alaska. Hotel rooms are configured as twin or double rooms.
- The price listed is a package price. If a guest is unable to participate in any of the included items, itineraries, or services, it will be considered a voluntary waiver, and no refund will be given.
II. Rescheduling Policy:
If a guest is unable to join the tour on time due to force majeure events such as transportation or equipment failure, government strikes, guest illness, unforeseen circumstances, or weather changes, or other personal reasons, we suggest that you transfer the itinerary to someone else. We can also provide you with free changes to your booking. If you do need to change or delay your itinerary, we will do our best to assist you in minimizing your losses, but we cannot cover these costs. The specific rules are as follows:
- No penalty will be charged for postponements or changes to the itinerary made 10 days or more before the departure date.
- For tours departing within 10 days (inclusive): If the tour is postponed or changed, the remaining tour fee, after deducting the cost of the first night's hotel and any booked activities, will be transferred to the revised order.
III. Included in the fee:
1. Accommodation at the hotels listed in the itinerary description or hotels of equivalent standard;
2. Airport pick-up service within a specified time period;
3. Local professional tour guide (who also serves as a driver);
4. The tour bus transportation service during the trip will be arranged according to the number of participants;
5. Attractions and entrance fees that are already included in the itinerary;
6. Some hotel breakfasts and meals already included in the itinerary.
IV. The following are not included in the price:
1. Transportation to and from Alaska from other regions, and transportation within Alaska not included;
2. Tour guide airport drop-off service and airport pick-up service outside of designated time slots;
3. Optional activities and sightseeing and entrance fees not included in the itinerary;
4. Lunch, dinner, and other meals not included in the itinerary;
5. Based on Alaskan tipping customs, the following standards are recommended:
- Airport pick-up and drop-off service: $5 per person per trip
- Fairbanks tour, Northern Lights viewing, dog sledding, snowmobiling, ice fishing, daytime hot spring bathing: $10 per person per visit
- Denali Hiking: $15 per person per session
- Matanuska Glacier Hike, Kassner Blue Ice Cave Adventure: $20 per person
- Arctic Circle related tours: $25 per person per day
- Please pay your tour guide a tip in cash on the day of the tour to show your appreciation and encouragement for their work.
6. All other expenses not mentioned in the itinerary or agreement that are included.
Reminders
A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 10 day(s) before the departure date
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: High blood pressure, Heart disease, Acrophobia, Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women
