Notis pembelian
Children must be at least 5 years old to participate. At least one adult is required per child.
Joining / Leaving Mid-Tour: Joining the tour midway or leaving before the tour ends is not permitted.
Luggage Policy: Please note that we cannot store large luggage on the bus.
Staff & Language: Accompanying staff will provide guidance in Japanese or simple English.
Tour Duration:
The Night Cruiser tour (including the ropeway ride) takes approximately 75 minutes in total.

Important Information regarding the Zao Snow Monster Tour

Weather & Ice Monster Conditions:
Snow Monsters are a natural phenomenon. In the event of insufficient snow, damaged ice formations, or severe weather, the tour may be canceled on the day of departure. If canceled, a full refund will be provided. Please note that rescheduling to another date is not available.

Clothing & Footwear:
Please wear warm, layerable clothing and non-slip footwear (snow boots are highly recommended for the Zao Ropeway area).
Meals & Snacks:
Meals are not included. We recommend bringing your own snacks, especially for late-night travel. Please note that you must take all your trash back with you, as no garbage disposal service is provided.
Itinerary & Delays:
Depending on traffic and road conditions, the time spent at each stop (Shrine, Strawberry Picking, Roadside Station, etc.) may be shortened. Partial refunds will not be issued in such cases.
ID Verification & Ticket Resale:
To prevent ticket resale, identity verification (ID check) will be conducted for the lead booker. Please bring a valid photo ID (passport, etc.).
Please be careful not to lose your ID during the tour.

- Pembatalan 11 hari (termasuk) sebelum tarikh dipilih dibenarkan. Pesanan yang belum digunakan boleh dibatalkan secara percuma
- Untuk pembatalan 8 hingga 10 hari sebelum tarikh dipilih, yuran pembatalan 20% akan dikenakan
- Untuk pembatalan 2 hingga 7 hari sebelum tarikh dipilih, yuran pembatalan 30% akan dikenakan
- Untuk pembatalan 1 hingga 1 hari sebelum tarikh dipilih, yuran pembatalan 40% akan dikenakan
- Pembatalan tidak dibenarkan antara 0–0 hari dari tarikh dipilih. Pesanan tidak boleh dibatalkan atau diubah, dan tiada pemulangan wang.
- Disebabkan perbezaan zon waktu, tarikh pembatalan yang disahkan adalah berdasarkan waktu tempatan pembekal. Sila beri 2–5 hari bekerja untuk memproses permintaan pembatalan anda, selepas itu yuran pembatalan akan dikenakan mengikut polisi pembatalan produk. Setelah pembatalan disahkan, anda akan menerima pemulangan wang dalam 14 hari bekerja.
