This is one of the "All-Japan Fireworks Masters Competitions," where skilled pyrotechnicians from all over Japan gather to compete in fireworks-making techniques.
You can enjoy one of the largest fireworks displays in Western Japan, featuring approximately 20,000 fireworks, from paid viewing seats (chairs and tables).
Since this tour departs from and returns to Okayama, feel free to combine it with sightseeing in the Okayama area.

■ All-Japan Fireworks Competition "The 5th Nishi-Awa Fireworks Festival"
While Omagari and Tsuchiura are famous for their national fireworks competitions, the "Nishi-Awa Fireworks" is also a competition boasting one of the largest firework displays in Western Japan, bringing together top-class pyrotechnicians from all over the country. Unlike typical fireworks displays, this competition judges the quality of the fireworks, allowing you to enjoy a rich program of fireworks created by Japan's best pyrotechnicians. From the new competition shells (Shakudama) that change into rainbow colors to the "Music Starmine" (musical fireworks) that synchronize with music down to the second, the spectacular display of approximately 20,000 fireworks on one of the largest scales in Western Japan offers plenty to see!
◎This tour includes seating at tables and chairs. The tables are for 6 people, so groups of fewer than 6 people will be seated with other customers. Please check the image for a more specific idea of the seating arrangement.

Our tour guides will communicate in Japanese. While tourist information leaflets and other materials distributed by the tour guides are primarily in Japanese, necessary information will be provided in English or Chinese. In emergencies, we will use translation apps on tablet devices to assist you.
The meeting time is in Japan local time. A staff member will be waiting for you at the meeting point holding a "Hankyu Travel" sign (board or flag). Please confirm the course name and complete the registration using the name of the group representative. Please note that registration will only be completed once all members of your group have arrived.
This tour does not include a guide. The tour escort will manage the tour itinerary (they will not provide sightseeing guidance).

A full refund will be issued. ■ If the cancellation is decided the day before departure... A refund will be issued minus 1,500 yen, which is equivalent to the cost of the bento box lunch. ■ If the cancellation is decided on the day of departure... The tour will proceed, but the cost of the viewing seats will be refunded.
The viewing area has a maximum capacity of 6 people per table, and you will be sharing a table with other customers.
