- Tag-a-long attachments for young children and toddler trailers are available for an additional cost upon arrival, subject to availability. Children must be under 120cm and 45kg.

- The maximum weight limit per bike is 136kg.
- A valid photo ID and credit card are required for the bike security deposit.
- Rentals are available only during store hours and must be returned before closing. The last rental is two hours prior to closing.
- Typical operating hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (April to October); 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (November to March). Check the official website for the latest opening hours before your travel date.
