Children aged elementary school and older can participate.
Depending on the plan, the tour may be canceled if the number of participants is less than 30. We will notify you of the cancellation or cancellation status at least 3 days before the scheduled date.
The sky lantern release experience may be canceled due to weather conditions on the day (heavy rain, strong winds, etc.). In that case, each participant will receive one miniature sky lantern. Please note that no refunds will be given, so we ask for your understanding before applying.

We strictly refuse boarding to passengers who are intoxicated or heavily drunk.

- Pembatalan 165 hari (termasuk) sebelum tarikh dipilih dibenarkan. Pesanan yang belum digunakan boleh dibatalkan secara percuma
- Untuk pembatalan 3 hingga 164 hari sebelum tarikh dipilih, yuran pembatalan 50% akan dikenakan
- Pembatalan tidak dibenarkan antara 0–2 hari dari tarikh dipilih. Pesanan tidak boleh dibatalkan atau diubah, dan tiada pemulangan wang.

- Disebabkan perbezaan zon waktu, tarikh pembatalan yang disahkan adalah berdasarkan waktu tempatan pembekal. Sila beri 2–5 hari bekerja untuk memproses permintaan pembatalan anda, selepas itu yuran pembatalan akan dikenakan mengikut polisi pembatalan produk.
