- Let the vibrations of a sound bath wash over you, bringing a sense of peace in this wellness session that promises peak relaxation. You'll take part in a mindfulness class that involves rejuvenating breathing exercises, sound baths and virtual reality to really help you zone out and escape any nagging holiday thoughts like ‘did I put enough suncream on today?' This adult-only session is limited to just 14 people, giving your ‘me time' an exclusive and intimate feel.

You won't get wet in this activity, a sound bath simply refers to the healing sounds of singing bowls
The experience typically lasts an hour, but may extend up to an hour and a half depending on the number of people participating
