This 40-minute round trip sets sail from Tower Pier every Saturday evening from September to May.   • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Meeting point description: Boarding Point D, Tower Pier. Present your printed or e-ticket to a member of staff. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.(Tower Millennium Pier, Lower Thames Street, London EC3N 4DT, UK)

  • Accessibility:The boats have step-free and wheelchair-friendly boarding

  • Audio descriptions for blind and partially sighted guests are available via Vocaleyes on Soundcloud

  • Not allowed:Hazardous materials, inflammable substances, and items over 2 meters in length

  • E-scooters and e-unicycles

  • Know in advance:The tour starts and ends at Tower Pier. It is not a hop-on hop-off tour

  • Departure time is 9:30 PM. The whole roundtrip lasts around 40 minutes, returning to Tower Pier at 10:10 PM

  • This tour operates from September to May only

  • The ticket is valid only for the selected date

  • Tickets are non-refundable nor exchangeable should the boat be missed

  • Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times

  • Refreshments are available for purchase at the onboard café bar
