Embark on a journey through the heart of Sicily, delving into the secrets of its extra virgin olive oil. This experience takes you through centuries-old olive groves aboard a tractor, guided by expert staff. They will enlighten you about the history and cultivation techniques of this special oil.

You'll enjoy tastings of two exquisite oils, complemented by traditional Pane Cunzatu and a selection of green and black olives. The culinary adventure continues with a variety of artisanal pâtés, seasoned green olives, baked black olives, and sun-dried tomatoes. These delicacies are accompanied by mineral water and your choice of Sicilian wine — either Nero d'Avola or Grillo.
