Regarding tour cancellation:
- The tour may be cancelled by our company due to severe weather or other conditions on the day of the tour. Please be sure to check the 'Today's Operation Status' on the top page of the official Nagannu Island website on the morning of your participation. It is updated at 8:00 AM. In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. For inquiries regarding operation status on the day, please call (098-860-5860) after 8:00 AM.
Notes for participating in the course:
- ● Pregnant individuals and those who have difficulty walking on their own cannot participate. ● Bringing your own food and drinks is prohibited; please purchase them at the restaurant on the island. ● Pets are not allowed as they may negatively impact the island's ecosystem.

Ages of participation: 0 to 90 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please bring a swimsuit, a change of clothes, and a bath towel.
Rental items: Inflatable ring (500 yen)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
