1. Hillside Weekend Semi-Buffet Lunch

The Hillside Weekend Semi-Buffet Lunch offers a rich array of culinary delights. Guests may enjoy a selection of salads, appetisers and exquisite desserts from the buffet area, before choosing one main course from options including charcoal-grilled three-coloured chicken with a French white cream sauce made with three-coloured chicken seeds, braised lamb shank with mashed potatoes, garlic and white wine clams with pasta, Thai-style charcoal-grilled ‘Three-Yellow’ chicken, cheese and lobster egg noodles, or Thai-style stir-fried rice noodles. From refreshing starters to hearty main courses, rounded off with a sweet treat, this experience satisfies a variety of palates, allowing you to relax and enjoy a leisurely weekend.

2. Hillside Turf and Surf Night Dinner Set 

The "Surf & Turf Night" menu weaves together sumptuous seafood and meat ingredients to create a rich culinary feast, with the highlight being three distinctive main courses: slow-cooked beef short ribs; or choose to upgrade a delicately textured Wagyu sirloin or a richly marbled Wagyu steak, each served with succulent tiger prawns. To further enhance the dining experience, guests may add duck liver, half a Boston lobster or sweet, succulent scallops. The set menu includes a Caesar salad or Japanese soup, with a choice of cheese macaroni, sautéed spinach or chips as a side dish. Round off your meal with a rich Basque chocolate cake. To enhance your dining experience, the restaurant has carefully selected premium white, red and dessert wines from Australia, France and Italy for expert food and wine pairings, ensuring you can enjoy a sumptuous and sophisticated dinner, no matter who you’re dining with.
