Q: What is the meeting time?
A: The meeting time is 08:45 AM / 13:30 PM (please refer to the confirmation email / customer service notification for the exact time). Please ensure you arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes early to avoid missing the departure.
Q: Where is the meeting point?
A: Meeting point: 4 Cromwell Pl, South Kensington, London SW7 2JE. You can also search for 'The Lavery' or enter the address 4 Cromwell Pl, South Kensington, London SW7 2JE into a taxi app. The meeting point is just a 2-minute walk from South Kensington underground station, which is a hub for three lines: Circle, District, and Piccadilly. It can be reached within 30 minutes from popular residential areas in the city center. There are also bus stops near the meeting point, all within a 2-minute walk. We will create a group chat one day before the trip.
The drop-off point for the return trip is Hammersmith underground station, which serves four lines: Hammersmith & City, Circle, District, and Piccadilly.
Q: Will there be a lot of walking and will it be tiring?
A: We have optimized the route to significantly reduce uphill walking and focus only on the most scenic highlights. We recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes. The tour guide will accompany you throughout the trip.
Q: Will we be able to visit all the photo spots?
A: Yes, we will visit Beachy Head, the Seven Sisters lighthouse, the white houses, and more. The tour guide will accompany you, provide tips on lighting and angles for the perfect photo spot, and ensure there is plenty of time for you to take photos at your own pace.
Q: How can I contact the tour guide?
A: A customer service representative will create a group chat one day before the trip. The tour guide will confirm the itinerary and share important information in the group. Customer service is available 24/7 to answer any questions and ensure a smooth trip. On the day of the trip, the tour guide will send the vehicle license plate number and photos of the vehicle in the group.
Q: What type of vehicle is used? Is hotel pick-up and drop-off provided?
A: We arrange a minivan, minibus, or coach depending on the group size. All vehicles are equipped with air conditioning and comfortable seats. Some vehicles provide free WiFi and USB charging ports (subject to the actual arrangement on the day). Due to traffic congestion in central London, we are currently unable to provide hotel pick-up and drop-off services. We appreciate your understanding.
Q: Do I need to tip the driver and tour guide?
A: Tipping is not mandatory. However, if you feel the tour guide's service was excellent, you are welcome to provide a voluntary tip as a gesture of appreciation.
Q: Are lunch/dinner included in the itinerary?
A: We do not arrange group meals. There are limited dining options at the White Cliffs, so we recommend bringing your own snacks and sandwiches.
Q: Under what circumstances can I change the date for free? Are cancellations and changes supported?
A: Cancellations and changes can be made before 12:00 PM the day before the trip. In the event of hurricanes, heavy rain, government-issued road closures, or notifications of attraction closures that make it impossible to safely carry out the itinerary, we will proactively cancel the trip and provide a full refund. Safety comes first.
Q: Can minors travel alone?
A: Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult traveler. For safety reasons, this product does not accept bookings from pregnant travelers. We appreciate your understanding.

The tour departs on time; please ensure you arrive at the meeting point in advance. If a passenger misses the tour due to lateness or other personal factors (such as oversleeping, taking the wrong transport, or delays in subway/train services), it will be treated as a voluntary forfeiture, and the supplier will not provide any refunds or compensation.
