Purchase Notice
- A head coach will be assigned to groups of 15 or fewer people, and an assistant coach will be assigned to groups of 16 or more people to provide assistance. Each group can have a maximum of 41 participants.
- For departures during special holidays on December 24, 27, 28, 29, 30, and 31, 2026, and February 7, 8, and 9, 2027, additional holiday fees will apply. The prices listed on the webpage are the same as those shown.
- Intermediate classes require a minimum of 5 people and a maximum of 20 people to form a group; intermediate classes are only offered on Thursdays for 2 days.
- Intermediate class applicants must possess basic skiing skills, such as being able to get up independently after a fall and being able to ski freely in an A-shape on a beginner slope. If the instructor determines on the day of application that the applicant's skill level is unsuitable for the intermediate class, the applicant will be moved to the beginner class for training. In this case, the additional fee for the intermediate class will not be refunded. Therefore, travelers who have fully mastered beginner skiing skills should only register for the intermediate class.
- This tour offers both group ski lessons and private ski lessons. Group lessons involve one instructor leading multiple students, not one-on-one or small group classes. The instructor will teach according to the overall course progress. Due to the large number of students, individual instruction and waiting times may be longer; your understanding is appreciated. If you wish to receive more intensive instructor guidance, we recommend purchasing a private ski lesson plan.
- Private ski lessons are conducted in small classes, with each instructor leading a maximum of 5 students (1:5). The teaching content is customized according to the students' skill levels, with 2 hours of professional ski lessons per day, totaling 4 hours over two days.
- For safety reasons, walking on the ski slopes is strictly prohibited at the ski resort. If you wish to use them, you must purchase a "ski lift pass". If you are sure you want to participate in the skiing activity, please order a package that includes the ski lift pass or pay the lift fee to the instructor on the day of your experience. Payment is only accepted in cash and credit card payment is not available on site.
- The mountain cable car pass is valid all day, and you can also enjoy night skiing. (No instructor will be provided; you will need to arrange your own shuttle bus transportation.)
- Passengers departing on Monday and Wednesday, as well as 3-day tour passengers departing on Sunday and Tuesday, will return to Seoul on the same vehicle.
- This product is available for travelers aged 60 and above who are in good physical condition and can move independently. However, if an elderly person is assessed by the instructor on-site after registration and is deemed unsuitable to participate in skiing, the fee for not participating in skiing will not be refunded.
- For safety reasons, passengers weighing over 100 kg are not allowed to experience this product. We apologize for the inconvenience and are aware of this.
- For safety reasons, this skiing activity is only open to travelers aged 5 and above. Each pair of adults can bring one child under 5 years old who does not occupy a bed for free (Note: This does not include a bed, seat, meals, ski equipment, or ski clothing, and the child cannot enter the ski resort). If attractions or restaurants charge for children under 5 years old admission tickets or meals, guests will need to pay the actual cost on-site.
- Due to the different food culture in Korea, most restaurants only offer one menu. The meals provided in the itinerary are pre-ordered. If travelers have special dietary requirements, such as vegetarianism or food allergies, please prepare your own meals. However, please note that no meal fees will be refunded for such reasons.
- Each person may bring one 32-inch suitcase. If you need more luggage, please be sure to note it when booking. Additional luggage will be charged on-site.
- To ensure a comfortable and accurate fit for your ski boots, your size will be measured on-site; you do not need to provide it in advance.
- This tour primarily teaches SKI (Ski). Switching to SNOWBOARD is free, but no instructor will be provided. Our company also cannot book SNOWBOARD instructors on your behalf. Please be aware that the ski equipment is a group package; therefore, we do not offer options such as trying SKI on the first day and switching to SNOWBOARD on the second day.

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email

Due to limited room availability at the resort during winter, please make sure to book at least 5 days in advance.
Ski resort regulations stipulate that no one may enter the ski area without wearing ski equipment to prevent accidents.
Each participant will receive a free hand warmer, a simple breakfast (bread/rice ball, type not selectable), a bottle of distilled water, and an admission ticket to the resort's sauna (except for children under 5 years old).
Return transportation will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day. If the number of participants is less than 10, a HIGH ONE shuttle bus will be arranged to take you back to Seoul, with drop-off points at Sinchon and Myeongdong.
The amount of snowfall is a natural factor and cannot be controlled by humans. Please understand.
The resort rooms are equipped with soap, towels and hair dryers, but in accordance with the South Korean government's environmental protection policy, the hotel does not provide toiletries. Please bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries, etc.
The sauna admission ticket is included in the room rate. No refunds will be given if the sauna is not used due to personal reasons. Please note.
If the meeting time is adjusted, travelers will be notified via KakaoTalk or WhatsApp 1–2 days prior to departure. Please pay attention to the message and reply promptly. If the meeting time remains unchanged, travelers should arrive at the meeting point on time as shown in the itinerary. No further notice will be given before departure.
To ensure fairness and protect the rights of all passengers, the shuttle bus will depart on time without individual contact or waiting for passengers before departure. Please be sure to adhere to the meeting time and arrive at the meeting point in advance. If you arrive late due to personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded.

All our tour buses are insured with comprehensive insurance designated by the Korean government; however, we recommend that travelers purchase their own travel insurance for more comprehensive protection. Because skiing is a high-risk sport, guests must purchase travel insurance with relevant coverage to ensure their safety.
In the event of any unforeseen incidents during the trip, our staff will do their best to assist. However, we will not be liable for any injury or death caused by unforeseen factors. Please be aware of this.
Due to frequent traffic congestion in South Korea, it is strongly recommended that guests do not arrive in South Korea on the first day or return to their home country on the last day to participate, so as not to miss the meeting or flight arrangements.
