After the tour, you will return to your accommodation with the group. Due to the late arrival time, the aurora viewing time that evening will be relatively shorter.

If your flight arrives after 1:00 AM, the aurora viewing tour for that evening will not be possible. This is due to airline delays (force majeure), and the tour will be considered a voluntary cancellation; no refunds or changes will be offered. We recommend scheduling the first night as a simple overnight stay and participating in aurora viewing tours from the second night onwards to ensure a complete experience.

On the return day, only airport transfer service is provided; no itinerary is arranged. There is no airport transfer service between 03:00 and 11:00. For travelers with accommodation: a complimentary hotel shuttle bus to the airport is available. For travelers residing in guesthouses: independent transportation to the airport is required.

The return flight departs at 11:01 AM – 2:59 AM the following day. The tour guide will inform you of the exact airport transfer time in advance (usually 2–3 hours before flight departure). In case of flight delays, the transfer will still proceed as scheduled unless otherwise notified by the tour guide. This is a group tour, and individual transfer times cannot be specified; your understanding is appreciated.

If you stay at a guesthouse, some optional activities may not include pick-up and drop-off services, and you will need to make your own way to the designated hotel.

All pick-up and drop-off services will be arranged according to the route. Guesthouses are usually the first to be picked up and the last to be dropped off (city pick-up and drop-off times and travel time may be longer).

During the aurora viewing period, the tour guide will take photos of the aurora for the guests (unlimited photos, provided free of charge). This is an optional service included with the tour; it is not professional photography, and the quality of the photos depends on the weather, aurora, and equipment conditions that night. We regret that we cannot provide full-time photography throughout the tour. If you have higher requirements for photo quality, we recommend bringing your own camera or booking a professional photography service separately.

The city tour is a complimentary experience included with the tour, and the timing is arranged by our company. Travelers are free to choose whether or not to participate; failure to participate on time will be considered as automatic abandonment, and no alternative arrangements or compensation will be provided.
