If a guest fails to arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time or leaves the group midway through the trip, it will be considered a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. - To ensure passenger safety, the "Train Panoramic Tour" may be subject to temporary changes in arrival and departure times, route changes, or service cancellations due to factors such as road conditions, without prior notice.
- Staff will redeem "Tram Panoramic Tour" Gold Passes for passengers with electronic vouchers. Passengers can ride ordinary trams an unlimited number of times on or before the date printed on the ticket.
- Ticket sets that have been altered or are invalid, or photocopies, will not be accepted. No replacement tickets will be issued.
- In the event of any dispute, Hong Kong Tramways reserves the right of final decision.

The tram will depart on time; latecomers will not be waited for. If a participant fails to depart on time or is absent, we will not reschedule or make any refund arrangements.

Children aged 4 to 11 years old need to purchase a child ticket and must be accompanied by a paying adult to ride. Each paying adult can bring one child under the age of 4 who does not occupy a seat for free.
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers will not be waited for. Latecomers will not be eligible for order modifications, cancellations, or refunds.
Severe Weather Arrangements | Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or Above: When the Hong Kong Observatory forecasts that a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above will be issued within 2 hours, the "Tram Panoramic Tour" service will be suspended. When the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is lifted, the "Tram Panoramic Tour" will resume normal service after 2 hours.
Severe Weather Arrangements | Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signals: When the Hong Kong Observatory issues a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, the "Tram Panoramic Tour" service will be suspended. Once the Red/Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is lifted, the "Tram Panoramic Tour" will resume normal operation after 2 hours. Furthermore, the company reserves the right to make the final decision to change or cancel the day's itinerary depending on road conditions or severe weather. We will contact you as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.
