Tickets purchased within 3 days of the match date are non-refundable, and a 10% handling fee will be deducted from the ticket price for refunds.
In the event that the match cannot proceed due to rain or other force majeure events, or if the organizer changes the match venue; or if the match is postponed before five games due to rain or other force majeure events, a refund will be issued (without any handling fee).
A match becomes an official match once 5 or more games have been played. No refunds will be given in the event of a postponement due to rain.
The original tickets will not be valid for the rescheduled match day.
Seating cannot be specified for this event. Actual seats will be randomly assigned based on your selected seating area after ordering.
One ticket per person, entry is by ticket only. Children under 115 cm tall can enter for free when accompanied by a parent, without needing to purchase a ticket, but they cannot occupy a seat.
Please keep your tickets safe. Tickets that are lost, damaged, or illegible will not be reissued, and you will not be able to use any voucher to request entry or a replacement ticket.
Please be careful when the ball is flying across the field. Smoking, fighting for the ball out of bounds, throwing confetti, and bringing large flags, banners, gas horns, firecrackers, musical instruments, or noisy refueling equipment and other dangerous items into the field are prohibited.
Pets are not allowed in the venue, nor are any actions that interfere with the normal conduct of the competition.
