ーFAQー
Q: Can I take a cruise on the Hozu River?
A: As long as the Hozu River cruise is operating normally, you can transfer to the cruise after taking the horse-drawn carriage. If you have made a reservation in advance, you can use the reserved ticket directly; if the carriage arrives at the same time as or later than the last departure time of the Hozu River cruise, you will not be able to board. Currently, in addition to regular cruises, there are usually ad-hoc departures as well. Generally, you can board about 5 to 20 minutes after arrival, but the actual waiting time depends on the number of people and the operation of the cruise on the day.
Due to the suspension of the Hozu River cruise, the horse-drawn carriage service on this itinerary will also be suspended. Full refunds will be issued for all bookings except those made at 2:35 PM. If you still wish to ride the carriage after receiving a refund, you will need to pay the fare separately.
If the carriage service is cancelled, your reservation will be fully refunded.
If the little train is delayed, the departure time of the horse-drawn carriage will be adjusted accordingly.
If there are two or more tourists weighing over 100kg, they will not be allowed to board the vehicle.
Passengers carrying excessively large items such as wheelchairs, strollers, or suitcases may be unable to board the train. Please store your luggage in the station's lockers beforehand.
Children and toddlers are not allowed to travel alone.
The operation of the carriages may be subject to temporary changes. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Children aged 0-3 years should be held on an adult's lap. Visitors wishing to purchase seats for children should book child tickets.
