[Entry Restrictions]

  • This facility is for guests aged 12 and over only. Those under 12 years of age are not permitted entry. Customers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by someone 18 years of age or older.
  • People with tattoos are not allowed to enter the venue; however, they may enter if they completely cover their tattoos with the designated stickers provided by the facility.
  • The weekday-only plan cannot be used on weekends, holidays, specific facility closures, private events, or other designated dates.

[Additional Fees]

  • The use of the rock bath, lava bath, and outdoor heated swimming pool will incur an additional fee if the selected plan does not include these facilities.
  • Additional fees will be charged on-site for participation in paid programs and use of paid seats.
  • For stays during the late night hours (00:00 to 05:00), an additional late night fee of JPY 1,000 (including tax of JPY 1,100) will be charged.
  • If you stay for more than 12 hours, an extension fee of JPY 2,970 (tax included) will be automatically charged. Please pay on-site.

  • Please use your ticket within its validity period. Expired tickets will not be accepted.
  • Each visit is limited to a maximum stay of 12 hours; if the stay exceeds 24 hours, you must check out and leave the venue, and you cannot re-enter.
