* To ensure the quality of our service, all sessions will end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session cannot be extended, and refunds will not be provided. 

* The service time includes makeup removal (if necessary), pre-analysis preparation, and the consultation before the analysis. 

* If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be issued. 

* For the most accurate analysis, please arrive without makeup. 

* Please remove any neck-up accessories, including jewelry, glasses, and colored contact lenses, or any other colored items that may affect the analysis. 

* To ensure an accurate analysis, please avoid wearing turtlenecks, hoodies, or any clothing or accessories that cover your face or neck. 

* For the most accurate results, we recommend having your personal color analysis before undergoing any dermatological treatments or cosmetic procedures. If you currently have unusual bruising or facial redness, the analysis results may be affected.

Before Your Makeup Appointment

*We recommend preparing reference photos of your preferred makeup and hairstyle in advance. This helps us better understand your expectations and create your ideal look.

*For hanbok hairstyles, updos, buns, or other intricate hairstyles with detailed styling, an additional fee may apply (starting from ₩50,000). The exact charge will be determined by the stylist after reviewing your reference photos. In some cases, no additional fee will be required.

*If you wear contact lenses, please put them on before your makeup.

*Shampoo service is not available. Please wash and completely dry your hair before arriving. Unwashed hair may affect the final hairstyle and could increase the risk of hair damage during styling.

*If you have recently undergone dermatological treatments or cosmetic procedures, we recommend waiting at least one week before your makeup appointment to achieve the best results.

*If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to provide the makeup service, and refunds will not be available. Please arrive on time.

*Makeup style focuses on natural, radiant Korean beauty looks and K-beauty celebrity-inspired makeup. This style differs from the more defined and dramatic makeup commonly seen in Chinese styles. Therefore, the final result may vary depending on your personal preferences and expectations.

We will do our best to adjust and balance noticeable facial asymmetry (such as uneven eyeliner or under-eye contour). However, dissatisfaction based solely on personal preference or subjective expectations cannot be accepted as a reason for a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
