Product Info

  • Let's go snorkeling in the beautiful waters of Ogasawara! This is a lesson tour designed for snorkeling beginners. If you want to try dolphin swimming the next day, please join us!
  • Experience the Ogasawara sea with your whole body!
  • The Ogasawara sea has many snorkeling spots with beautiful coral, colorful fish, and even sunken ships. Our snorkeling instructor will safely guide you through this fun and beautiful sea with included lessons! This is especially recommended for those who want to swim with dolphins the next day or later but feel a bit anxious!
  • This is a lesson tour for beginners.
  • First, we will provide a thorough lecture on how to put on and use the 3-piece snorkel set (mask, snorkel, and fins) on land. We will enter from a beach where you can touch the bottom, so you can slowly get used to the water. In the second half, we will try going to slightly deeper areas and challenge ourselves with how to dive deeper. Our guides will be with you every step of the way according to your progress, so please join us with peace of mind.

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

  • Please note that the tour may be cancelled due to weather conditions on the day of the tour. Also, the tour will be cancelled if the Ogasawara Maru ferry is cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.

Important notes regarding course participation:

  • This is a snorkeling tour from the beach, not a boat tour. It is generally held in the afternoon on the day the Ogasawara Maru ship arrives in port. Please contact us if you would like to book a tour on a different date.

  • Participant age: 6 to 100 years old

  • What to wear and bring: <What to bring> Towel, drink, sunscreen, a light jacket, etc. Your own snorkel gear, if you have one. <What to wear> Please put on your swimsuit underneath your clothes. (Please note that there is no changing room. You will be taken back to your accommodation in the same condition.)

  • Regarding rental equipment: Please apply using the tour registration form that will be sent to you via message after your reservation is confirmed.

  • Minimum number of participants: 1 person

・Meeting time: We will deliver the application form and meeting place information to your accommodation in advance. Please refer to the information sheet and cooperate by meeting us directly at the location. *As a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are avoiding face-to-face reception for the time being and will be communicating via documents and telephone. We are also refraining from providing car transfers. If you have special circumstances and require a pickup, please consult with us individually. ・Meeting place: Take Nature Academy

・By train: Access to the terminal JR: Get off at the north exit of Hamamatsucho Station, approximately a 7-minute walk Subway: Get off at Daimon Station, approximately an 8-minute walk Tokyo Waterfront New Transit Yurikamome: Get off at Takeshiba Station, approximately a 1-minute walk Tokyo Monorail: Get off at Hamamatsucho Station, approximately a 10-minute walk ・By other means of transportation: The Ogasawara-Maru ferry operates from the Tokyo Port Takeshiba Passenger Ship Terminal.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
