• ~About cancellations~ If a typhoon, heavy rain, or flood warning is issued, the tour will be cancelled due to facility circumstances, and you will receive a full refund even if you do not show up. If you are unable to show up and there is no warning, we will charge a flat cancellation fee in consideration of the possibility that you did not show up even though the rain was enough to proceed.
