- Service Introduction -

Service Duration: 10 hours for round-trip travel within Sapporo city; 8 hours for trips starting or ending outside the city.

Departure Time & Location: Based on passenger requirements (trips starting or ending outside Sapporo city may incur additional charges; if applicable, customer service will confirm with you after booking, and payment can be made to the driver on the day).

Travel Distance: The total travel distance must be within 300 km (the route must be reasonable and without backtracking). For total trips exceeding 300 km, a fee of JPY 300 per kilometer will be charged.

Driver Language: Drivers are assigned randomly among those who speak Chinese, Japanese, or English. In principle, Chinese-speaking drivers are prioritized, but specific languages cannot be requested.

Service Hours: 08:00-20:00
Late Night Period: 20:00 - 08:00, late-night surcharge: JPY 5,000 per hour.
Please pay the driver before boarding. The time is calculated based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time the trip ends upon drop-off.
If accommodation is required in cities outside of Sapporo, an additional driver accommodation fee must be provided: JPY 8,000 during the regular season (March–November) and JPY 10,000 during the peak season (December–February).

Comfort 5-seater (including infants/children) (can accommodate 3 passengers + 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Comfort 7-seater (including infants/children) (can accommodate 5 passengers + 4 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Business 10-seater (including infants/children) (can accommodate 9 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

14-seater vehicle (including infants/children) (can accommodate 0-13 passengers + 0-2 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

18-seater vehicle (including infants/children) (can accommodate 17 passengers + 8 pieces of 26-inch luggage)

Note: Infants and children are counted as passengers.

Standard Luggage Size: 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage or strollers. Large luggage will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.

Overloading Risk: If you have a large amount of luggage or large items, we recommend booking an appropriate vehicle type to ensure all luggage can be accommodated. Any additional costs incurred due to failure to follow the recommended passenger capacity and luggage limit for the vehicle type must be borne by the passenger.

If the rental duration is exceeded, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver; please pay the driver in cash.

Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into scenic areas.

5-7 seats: ¥5000/hour

10 seats: ¥8000/hour

2. If accommodation is required outside Sapporo, an additional subsidy will be charged for the driver's accommodation: ¥8000 during normal season (March-November), ¥10000 during peak season (December-February)

3. For total distances exceeding 300 km, a charge of ¥300/km will be applied.

4. Late night hours: 20:00 - 08:00, night surcharge: ¥5000/hour

5. Child seat: ¥2000/each. Additional seats must be paid directly to the driver in cash on-site.

6. Tolls and parking fees incurred during the pick-up and drop-off process will be reimbursed based on actual costs and must be paid directly to the driver in cash on the day of the trip.

Reminders

  • In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you

  • Child seats are not mandatory; please reserve in advance if needed. The supplier can provide one child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies the space of 1.5 people, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity; please confirm beforehand. Additional child seats will incur an additional fee of 2000 yen per seat per day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.

  • The total duration of the private charter car service is 10 hours. Pick-up and drop-off points are both located in hotels or guesthouses within Sapporo city. For pick-up and drop-off in other locations, the driver will be given time to drive or an additional fee may apply. The service is available from 08:00 to 21:00. It is recommended to plan your departure time accordingly to make the most of your time at the attractions.

  • Empty vehicle fee: There may be a price difference if the departure or return location is different. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you again after you place the order.

  • Please be sure to leave your LINE ID, WhatsApp number, or WeChat ID when ordering (after leaving your ID, please enable the "Add to Friends" setting so that our local staff in Japan can contact you promptly).

  • After placing your order, you can see the customer service contact information on the platform. Please add it promptly for easy communication and vehicle arrangement. The supplier will send you driver information one day before departure (no later than 3 hours before your ride). Please wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.

  • For customers booking multiple bookings, if accommodation is required in cities other than Sapporo, an additional subsidy will be provided for the driver's accommodation expenses: 8,000 yen during the normal season (March-November) and 10,000 yen during the peak season (December-February).

  • For rentals exceeding the allotted time due to traffic congestion, an additional fee will still be charged, regardless of natural causes or traffic control measures.

  • Any additional charges should be paid to the driver on-site. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe; no compensation will be provided for any damage.

  • If the number of luggage and passengers is deemed insufficient to accommodate the passenger, we will discuss with you whether to change the vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund. Please be aware of this.

  • Prices may vary during peak seasons. Customer service will contact you for a second confirmation after you place your order.
