★What to bring
Meals: Please prepare your own breakfast and lunch.
(There are no stores at the mountain trail, so please ask your accommodation for assistance.)
Drinks: Water, sports drink, etc. 500ml x 1-2 bottles.
Natural spring water is available at several points along the trail.
Round-trip charter bus fare of ¥3,000 to the Arakawa trailhead.
Other Essentials: hat, energy food, towel, gloves, changing clothes, portable toilet, etc.
<For those using rentals>
The black bag containing the rental items that will be given to you when you rent the equipment.
Please bring your own shoes to change into after returning the boots.
Please bring a bag to put your belongings in after returning the backpack.
★Clothing
Shirt: Wear moisture-wicking clothing that dries quickly. Avoid cotton, which stays wet and can make you cold.
Pants: Long trekking pants are recommended for comfort and protection from vegetation and insects.
Socks: Long and thick socks help prevent blisters
※During the winter months of December through February, please bring warm clothing such as a down jacket, neck warmer, and knit cap.
※The soles of hiking boots may peel off over time. If you plan to wear your own boots, please check in advance.
※How to Apply rental items: After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a "Booking Information" email. Please submit your request via the "Rental Application Form" link included in the email.
