This restaurant is proud of its homemade soba noodles, prepared daily in-house, and its golden-colored broth. The appeal of Shinshu soba is that you can grate fresh wasabi yourself to enjoy it. There is also a wide selection of crispy tempura and rice bowls, so you can enjoy your favorite combination.
The restaurant has a relaxed atmosphere that makes it perfect for casual dining even when you're alone. In the evening, seasonal delicacies and homemade specialties are served, and you can enjoy them slowly with local Shinshu sake or soba shochu (buckwheat shochu) in hot water.
