【10-minute drive from JR Kashiwazaki Station】We are an izakaya specializing in seafood dishes made with seasonal fish, with a focus on bluefin tuna. We highly recommend our 'Special Two-Kind Bluefin Tuna Platter.' We also offer a variety of tuna dishes, including cheek steak and grilled kama (collar). Additionally, we serve local specialties such as Hegi soba, Tochio deep-fried tofu, and local sake! We also have all-you-can-drink courses perfect for banquets. With multiple private banquet rooms available, our venue is also suitable for corporate gatherings.
Hana no Yume's specialty is undoubtedly tuna! We use genuine tuna for our sashimi (lean and medium fatty tuna). Not only is the presentation gorgeous, but we also pay particular attention to how we store the tuna, making it a dish with many fans who appreciate its delicious tuna. We also offer cooked cheek steaks and grilled tuna shoulder. ●Tuna is not only delicious as a food ingredient, but it is also a fish with excellent nutritional value, rich in protein, lipids, and vitamins.
Niigata, a rice-growing region with clean water, is home to many sakes renowned throughout the country! We offer not only Hakkaisan and Kubota, but also sakes that are only available in the city, such as "Silver Wings."
