We highly recommend the "Five Kinds of Vegetables and Meat Assortment," an elaborate masterpiece prepared in-house. This is a proud menu item that combines meat with fresh vegetables such as bell peppers, lotus root, and shiitake mushrooms, allowing you to directly experience the delicious flavor. We also recommend the "Hatake no Hassun," which is low in fat for health reasons, makes use of the color, aroma, and texture of fresh vegetables, and brings out the flavor of the broth and ingredients. Be sure to give it a try.
Enjoy our popular Nagoya stewed chicken tataki made with Nagoya Cochin chicken, our recommended assortment of meatballs, and more. We call our meat-wrapped skewers "loin rolls," and all are prepared in-house. We also offer course meals, and our recommended "Uttori Course" includes chicken tataki and grilled skewers.
Our drinks selection mainly consists of Japanese wines that go well with Japanese cuisine. We also offer Japanese wines made locally in Kasugai City. Our "Enchanting Highball" is a drink that will make you feel luxurious, with freshly brewed, rich black tea poured into a highball right in front of you. Please enjoy it without stirring. We also recommend our "Marriage Highball," in which espresso is poured into a highball. Please enjoy this one without stirring.
Usually, sake bottles are placed between the kitchen and the counter, or there is a step between them, making it difficult to see the chef's work, but at our restaurant, the wooden counter is the open kitchen table, allowing you to get a good view of the cooking scene, which is one of the restaurant's charms. In addition to counter seating, there are also nine private rooms, perfect for dining with friends, colleagues, family, or couples.
